North Fort Myers sits right against the Cape's northeast corner, across the river from downtown Fort Myers. It's unincorporated Lee County, so curbside collection follows the county's rules rather than the Cape's. What the curb can't handle, such as a shed's worth of contents, a whole home's furniture or anything that has to be carried out, is where we come in.
Manufactured-home communities
A large share of North Fort Myers homes are manufactured homes in 55+ and all-ages parks along US 41, Bayshore Road and Pondella Road. These clear-outs have their own pattern. Rooms are compact, so furniture often has to be taken apart to get through the door. Most homes have a carport, a screen room or lanai, and a utility shed, and all three are usually full. Parks have rules about truck size and working hours, and many sales happen while the owner is up north.

Larger lots off Bayshore and Slater
East of US 41 and up toward Bayshore, lots get bigger and the work changes: old sheds, collapsed fencing, boat trailers nobody has towed in years, and piles of yard waste after a storm. Those are mostly priced by the truckload, with heavier material like old fence posts set in concrete priced by weight.

Can you empty a manufactured home before it's sold?
Yes, contents only: furniture, appliances, carport and shed. We don't remove the home itself; that's a licensed mobile-home mover's job.
Do you take carport and screen-room panels?
Aluminum carport roofs, awnings and screen-room panels can go once they're detached. Metal goes to scrap where possible.
Can a park's office let you in if I'm out of town?
If the park allows it and you arrange it with them, yes. We'll call you from the site before we start loading.
