Bonita Springs sits at the southern edge of Lee County, about forty minutes from Cape Coral down I-75 or US 41. It's the far end of where we work, so we schedule it rather than rush it: give us a day or two and we'll group Bonita jobs together and hold our normal prices.

Condos, towers and gated communities
Much of Bonita's housing is in managed communities: golf and country-club developments such as Pelican Landing and Bonita Bay, mid-rise and high-rise condos near the beach, and newer gated subdivisions off Bonita Beach Road and east of I-75. That shapes how a job runs. Gates need codes or a guest pass. Associations often limit work to weekday hours and may want a certificate of insurance on file. Condo buildings have service elevators, loading areas and rules about protecting hallways.
- Condo clear-outs when a seasonal unit is sold or redecorated
- Furniture swaps when a winter home gets a new look
- Estate cleanouts in 55+ and golf communities
- Lanai and pool-deck furniture replacements
Older Bonita and the Imperial River
Around Old 41 Road and the Imperial River, Bonita is older and more mixed: smaller block homes, rentals and some manufactured housing. The river has a history of flooding in big storms, and Hurricane Ian brought water into homes along it. Flood clean-outs there mean soaked carpet, drywall and furniture, which we haul as one mixed load.

Donations in Bonita
Bonita has its own Habitat for Humanity ReStore on Bonita Beach Road, and quality furniture from seasonal condos is often exactly what it's looking for. We drop donation pieces there on the way back north.
Everything we do in Cape Coral applies here: furniture removal, estate cleanouts, appliances and debris. The price guide lists every range.
Bonita Springs junk removal questions
Do you come down to Bonita Springs the same day?
Sometimes, but Bonita is the far end of our area, so we usually book it a day or two ahead and group jobs together. That keeps the price the same as in Cape Coral.
Can you deal with the gate and the association?
Yes. Tell us how gate entry works and any rules on truck size or hours, and we'll arrive within them. If the HOA asks for a certificate of insurance, let us know when you book.
Do you clear seasonal condos while the owner is away?
Yes. With building access arranged, we can work from photos and a video call and send pictures when the unit is empty.
