We call you first to set a time. Nobody shows up unannounced.

Debris is the part of a project nobody budgets for. A kitchen remodel leaves cabinets, countertops and drywall in the driveway. A new fence leaves the old one in pieces. A storm leaves limbs, fronds and ruined furniture all over the yard. We take all of it, and we take it in one trip whenever the truck allows.

Remodel and contractor debris

Cape Coral's rules put the job of hauling remodel and repair debris on whoever does the work. The city's curbside service won't take it, and its bulk drop-off on Kismet Parkway doesn't accept construction debris. If your contractor quoted the job without haul-away, or a handyman left a pile on the side of the house, we clear it. Contractors also call us directly when a small job doesn't justify a dumpster.

Storm and yard debris

The city collects bundled yard waste on your regular day, within limits: branches more than four inches thick or six feet long, stumps, root balls and logs aren't accepted. After a big storm, those limits meet a lot of fallen oaks and snapped palms. After Hurricane Ian in 2022, Cape Coral's regular bulk pickup did not restart until December, and plenty of homeowners paid to get debris off their lawns well before then.

We cut limbs down to carrying size, rake up the fronds, and take damaged fencing, screen panels and soaked furniture in the same load. Keep receipts and before-and-after photos; insurance claims often ask for them.

Flooded rooms

Water-damaged drywall, carpet and furniture should come out quickly in this climate before mold takes hold. We can clear a flooded garage or ground floor in a day. Saturated drywall and carpet are heavy, so expect those loads to be priced by weight.

Clearing a backyard structure as well? See hot tub and shed removal. For contents rather than debris, a garage cleanout or whole-house cleanout fits better.

Debris removal questions

Won't the city pick up storm debris?

After a declared storm, the city runs its own debris collection, but it can take weeks to reach every street. If you need it gone sooner, or it's mixed with things the city won't take, we can haul it privately.

Do you take roofing shingles?

Yes, but they're heavy. A pile of shingles is priced by weight, and it fills the truck's weight limit long before it fills the space.

Can you take tree stumps or whole trees?

We take limbs, fronds and cut trunk sections that two people can lift. Stump grinding and felling are tree-service work.
